Before we bring you a candidate, we want to get to know you and your organization. Typically we talk over the phone or in person about the open position and the skills required. We also ask about your company culture and the personalities of those who will be working closely with the new hire. If possible, our team will travel to your organization so we can truly get a feel for your company culture and what makes you unique. This not only helps us find a candidate with the necessary skills and experience, but one that will fit within the overall culture.
After we connect with you and your organization, we begin our search for the perfect candidate. We keep you up-to-date on our progress and will always communicate any problems we encounter during this stage. Once we find a qualified individual, we will submit a formal application on their behalf. If you would like to proceed to an interview, we handle the scheduling and act as the overall communication point between you and the candidate.
After an interview, we continue working closely with both you and the candidate so that any decision you make is communicated clearly and efficiently.
