Our Recruitment Process

Step 1

Discovery Conversation

This conversation usually takes 30 minutes to an hour and can take place in person or over the phone. We explore your professional and personal goals, your experience, and what kind of culture you see yourself contributing to. We also ask things like where you see yourself in five years, what you enjoy doing, and what you dislike doing. This ensures that you not only have the correct skills for a position, but that your personality and goals also fit the overall company culture.

Step 2

Opportunities

After our discovery call, we begin searching for the perfect opportunity. Once we find what we believe to be a good match, we schedule a followup meeting. Here we present the position and discuss the job specifics in relation to your experience and qualifications. If you feel this is a good match, we move on to the next phase: applying for the position.

Step 3

Application

We handle all the details and logistics of applying for a position, and facilitate communication between you and the employer. During this process, we keep you updated on the status of your application and will follow up with the employer if necessary.

Step 4

Interview

Once the employer requests an interview, we handle all scheduling and communication. Before the interview, we sit down with you to talk through interview strategies and how your goals and experience make you uniquely qualified for the opportunity.

Step 5

Follow Up

You don’t have to worry about never hearing back about your interview. We follow up with the employer and communicate any feedback they may have. Furthermore, in the event you don’t receive an offer, we do our best to figure out why. We then connect with you, discussing the feedback we’ve received to help you better prepare for your next interview. Our top priority is to see you placed in a career that fuels your professional and personal growth.
